Prepare for Next Season with Royals RBI Fall Ball!

The Royals RBI Fall Ball League, a collaborative effort between the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City and the Kansas City Royals Foundation, is an exceptional youth baseball program designed to get players ready for the upcoming baseball season. This developmental league offers a prime opportunity for young athletes, especially those from underserved communities, to refine their skills and stay sharp in the off-season.

Focus on Development

Royals RBI Fall Ball isn't just about playing games; it's about focused development. It provides a structured environment for players to:

• Improve Baseball Skills: Get extra reps at the plate and in the field, refine pitching mechanics, and enhance overall baseball IQ.
• Boost Teamwork and Strategy: Work with teammates in a competitive yet supportive setting, focusing on game situations and strategic play.
• Build Confidence: Gain valuable experience and confidence to carry into the next spring season.

The league offers divisions for various age groups, from 5 to 12 years of age, ensuring appropriate competition and skill development for all participants.

Coaching and Community

Our league thrives on the dedication of volunteer coaches, who provide essential mentorship and guidance. These coaches, some potentially with collegiate, major, or minor league experience, emphasize both baseball fundamentals and crucial life skills like sportsmanship and discipline. All coaches undergo the Boys & Girls Clubs Volunteer Application Process to ensure a safe and positive environment for every player.

Key League Details

• Practice: Practices will primarily be held at Cleveland Park, the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy, and other Kansas City area fields. Head coaches will schedule practice times.
• Game Sites: Games will take place at Cleveland Park, the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy, and other Crown Leagues sites across the Kansas City metropolitan area (Raytown, Independence, Liberty). Games are scheduled for Monday through Thursday evenings.
• Cost: The cost to participate is just $25 per player and includes a uniform.
• Registration: We welcome both free agent registrations, who will be placed on a team, and full teams that provide their own coach.
